EU2 is back online

We had some downtime this morning, this had some affect on EU1 and EU2. The downtime only lasted a few minutes.

Short downtime/degradation occured on EU1 and EU2.

The degradation lasted only a few minutes for EU1, and around 20 minutes in total for EU2.

We are investigating the issue, and are considering moving EU2 due to repeated failure at our current supplier for EU2.

We are really sorry for the inconvenience.

On february 17th, we faced disruptions on our game panel and services hosted on EU2. EU2 services could not be changed, moved, or started/stopped. The problem occured because of downtime on the supplier end, we were able to recover the panel fairly quickly. We are investigating the incident further.

The downtime lasted about 3 hours and 15 minutes, paying customers may be eligible for a compensation.
